We act on instructions from companies in commerce/industry who are looking for lawyers to join their in-house team. Typically these are likely to be lawyers with either a Corporate/ Commercial background or Employment lawyers, but firms may require other types of lawyer with industry-specific experience which is also appropriate to the type of company looking to recruit eg. Banks may wish to recruit lawyers to work in-house who have specific Banking law experience; Aviation/ Aerospace companies may require lawyers with Aviation law experience, etc.
Whatever the requirements of the company in question we will try to assist you in sourcing the right candidate or candidates. We may already have appropriate live candidates on our database, but we would also look to attract further candidates through the various means we have at our disposal. We would also happily discuss the options of client-paid advertising in the various legal journals and indeed, we would be more than happy to assist with any client-paid advertising which you wished to embark upon.
